Hart City shares City Hall space with the Friends of the Hart Area Public Library.  The Friends group conducts tri-annual used book sales in this space to raise funds for their efforts.  The City does not charge for this use but benefits from general maintenance of this area provided by the Friends.  Costs are difficult to measure.  Update 1-30-2013:  this cooperative effort continues in 2013.  The City Hall space is being renovated in 2012-2013 to accommodate a Smithsonian Exhibit.   See "Hart City Hall Facility Upgrade" described above.
