Pension Notes:
The Township's Pension plan is managed through MERS.  The Township follows MERS contribution guidelines.  Further, the Township has made significant changes to the plan to reduce furture pension liability.
OPEB Notes:

In 2015, White Lake Twp. established a Retiree Health Care Funding Vehicle (RHFV) through the Michigan Employees' Retirement System (MERS).  The Township has since deposited $6,502,500 into the RHFV and is budgeted to deposit another $655,000 in 2024.
