Description	Grand Haven joined Main Street in ____ as a Selected Level community after participating as an Associate Level member in ____. The purpose of Main Street is to revitalize downtowns by adopting the Four-Point Approach developed by the National Main Street Center. This proven method includes initiatives in organization, promotions, design, and ecomomic restructuring. Grand Haven benefits by its assocation with the Michigan Main Street staff and the other fifteen (15) municipal members who collaborate and cooperate with training and shared ideas.
