Description
Local municipalities share administrative tasks such as tax collection, payroll, code enforcement and building permits. Several small communities each performing these tasks independently are personnel intensive and often are duplicating similar work. Combining communities to share these duties provides an opportunity to better utilize personnel and increase efficiency.
