Description
Due to the geographic diversity of the cities involved, it was determined that each city was able to obtain better pricing for solid waste services individually. The City of Center Line negotiated a very favorable agreement for solid waste disposal with Rizzo Services.
It was also determined that the different requirements of each city would cause a barrier for vendors due different truck types needed to service each city's demands.
