Joint Recreation Authority voted in by residents of both communities in Nov of 2011.  Each community currently contributes 1 mill annually to the authority.

As of Jan of 2014 the Authority is running at full speed and has completed a plan to start expansion of the Recreation building in Roseville by 9000 sq ft in the spring of 2014.  The combination of the two programs has allowed the cities to offer more programs to its residents at a reduced cost.
